Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Chatix, a mobile application that provides AI chat, image generation, voice, web search, and related subscription features. By using Chatix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Chatix. If you use Chatix on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
2. Accounts
You may sign in using supported third-party identity providers such as Apple, Google, Yandex, or VK, depending on the build and region. You are responsible for keeping access to your account and device secure. You may delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes server-side account, profile, billing, and entitlement data that Chatix controls, subject to records we must keep for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or store compliance reasons.
3. AI Features
Chatix uses third-party AI and infrastructure providers to process prompts, attachments, voice input, generated images, and web search requests. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable for your situation. Do not rely on Chatix as a substitute for professional advice, including medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency advice. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output.
4. Your Content
You are responsible for the prompts, files, images, audio, and other content you submit to Chatix. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content. Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, illegal, or regulated information unless you understand and accept that it may be processed by third-party providers to deliver the service.
5. Generated Content
Subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, you may use outputs generated for you by Chatix. You are responsible for making sure your use of generated content does not violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, or these Terms. Chatix does not guarantee that generated content is unique, non-infringing, accurate, or suitable for commercial use.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Chatix to break the law, harm others, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, generate abusive or deceptive content, bypass safety systems, reverse engineer the service, overload our infrastructure, resell access without permission, or create content involving exploitation, harassment, fraud, malware, weapons misuse, or other harmful activity. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe these Terms are violated or if needed to protect users, providers, stores, or the service.
7. Subscriptions, Credits, and Purchases
Chatix may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and consumable credit packs through Apple App Store, Google Play, RuStore, or other supported app stores. Prices, renewal periods, trials, cancellation rules, and refund rules are shown by the store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store before the renewal deadline. Refunds are handled by the store except where applicable law requires otherwise. Credit packs and included credits may be subject to plan requirements, usage limits, expiration rules, fraud checks, and technical availability.
8. Service Availability
Chatix depends on mobile platforms, app stores, Supabase, AI providers, network connectivity, and other third-party services. We may change, suspend, rate limit, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific model behavior, exact pricing availability, or that every feature will work in every country, device, or store build.
9. Local Data and Backups
Chat history and generated image history are primarily stored locally on your device. They may be included in operating-system backups such as iCloud or Google backup depending on your device settings. Deleting your server account may not automatically erase local device data or backups controlled by your operating system.
10. Intellectual Property
Chatix, including its design, software, branding, and non-user content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Chatix or any underlying models, software, APIs, or provider services.
11. Disclaimers
Chatix is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatix and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or damages caused by AI outputs, third-party providers, app stores, network failures, or your use of the service.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the app or on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Chatix after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
